Your data, your iPhone.

Keep — Privacy Policy · Effective October 13, 2026

The short version

Keep has no account and no cloud copy of your data. Everything you log stays on your iPhone. The only thing that leaves it is the text of a voice note, briefly, to sort it into entries (see below). We don’t use ads, analytics SDKs or tracking, and we never sell your data.

What Keep stores

• Your medication, dose and dose dates
• Your weigh-ins and the corridor you set
• Your daily food-noise check-ins, notes and protein tallies
• Your settings (units, reminders, Face ID lock, Gentle mode)

This data is stored locally on your device, inside the app and its widgets. It is included in your iPhone’s own encrypted backups if you use them. Keep does not upload it anywhere.

Voice and text notes

When you tell Keep about your day, your voice is turned into text on your iPhone. Only that text is sent over an encrypted connection to Keep’s server, which asks Anthropic’s Claude to sort it into entries (weight, meals, food noise and so on). Neither Keep’s server nor Anthropic stores the text for us, and it is not used to train AI models. The result comes back to your iPhone, and nothing is saved until you tap Save. The request carries a random install ID used only for rate limits — no name, email or account.

Apple Health

If you connect Apple Health, Keep reads your body weight and saves the weight you log in Keep. Health data is used only to show your trend inside the app. It is never used for advertising, never shared with third parties and never leaves your device through Keep. You can change access anytime in Settings › Health › Data Access.

Notifications and widgets

Reminders and widgets are neutral by design: they never show your weight or your medication on the lock screen.

Purchases

In the iPhone app: subscriptions are processed by Apple. Keep only learns whether your subscription is active. We never see your payment details.

On keepafter.app: payments are processed by Stripe and subscriptions are managed by RevenueCat. We receive your email address, your plan, its status and the country of purchase so we can activate Keep, send receipts and handle cancellations and refunds. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. If you arrive from an ad, the campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source) are saved with your purchase so we know which campaigns work. We don’t sell this data or use it for anything else.

Export and deletion

You can export your full history as a CSV file at any time (Me › Your data). Deleting the app deletes all of its data from your iPhone.

Children

Keep is not intended for children under 13.
