Keep — Cancellation & Refund Policy · Effective October 13, 2026

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After you cancel, Keep stays fully available until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Bought on keepafter.app

• Self-service: open the “Manage subscription” link in your purchase or renewal email and click Cancel.
• Or write to us: email help@orb1t.ai from the address you used to buy, and we will cancel it within one business day.

Bought in the iPhone app

App Store subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Keep › Cancel Subscription. Refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Free trial

The yearly plan starts with 7 days free. Cancel any time during those 7 days and you pay nothing. If you don’t cancel, $68.99 is charged on day 8.

Refunds for web purchases

• First payment: if Keep isn’t for you, ask within 14 days of your first paid charge (yearly or monthly) and we’ll refund it in full — no questions asked.
• Forgot to cancel a renewal: ask within 14 days of a renewal charge and we’ll refund that renewal in full.
• After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, but you can always cancel future renewals.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days. To request one, email help@orb1t.ai with the email address you used to buy.
