Who we are

Keep (the iPhone app and keepafter.app) is operated by ISBL LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste 55170, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”). By using Keep or buying a subscription you agree to these terms.

What Keep is

Keep is a private diary for people on, tapering off or after GLP-1 medication. You log weight, doses, food noise and notes — by voice or by tap — and Keep shows trends, a personal weight corridor, estimates of how medication levels fade (based on published research) and short weekly lessons. Your data is stored on your iPhone.

Not medical advice

Keep is an educational and self-tracking tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, does not give medical advice and never suggests doses. Medication-level curves are estimates, not measurements. Always talk to your clinician about your treatment. We do not sell, prescribe or ship any medication.

Who can use Keep

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your iPhone and any receipt or activation emails secure.

Subscriptions and prices

Prices are in US dollars and may include or exclude taxes depending on where you live. A subscription gives you full access to Keep on your iPhone for the paid period.

Bought on keepafter.app: sold and billed by ISBL LLC. Payments are processed by Stripe; subscription management is provided by RevenueCat. After payment you receive an email with the link to download Keep and an activation link that turns on your access.

Bought in the iPhone app: sold and billed by Apple under the App Store terms. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds for these purchases.

Free trial

The yearly plan starts with 7 days free. A payment method is required to start the trial. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, you are charged $68.99 on day 8 and the plan renews every year. You will not be charged if you cancel during the trial. One free trial per person.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. We will tell you in advance by email before any price change on a web subscription; the new price applies from your next renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. How to cancel and when we refund is described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Voice notes

If you use the voice diary, your speech is turned into text on your iPhone and only that text is sent to our server and to Anthropic’s Claude to sort it into entries. See the Privacy Policy. You agree not to send content that is unlawful or that violates others’ rights.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse Keep: no reverse engineering, abuse of our servers, automated access, reselling access or sharing activation links with others.

Intellectual property

Keep, its design, lessons and content belong to ISBL LLC. Your data belongs to you; you can export it anytime as a CSV file.

Disclaimers and liability

Keep is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions about your health made using the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Ending your access

We may suspend access for serious misuse of these terms. You can stop using Keep anytime by cancelling and deleting the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory consumer protections.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will post the new date here and, for web subscribers, email you before they take effect.
